Perform basic to intermediate knife work on meat products including trimming and bone removal;
Work in multiple departments of the pork processing facility;
Read order sheets and pick items from distribution center for loading;
Move and handle boxes up to 100 pounds and operate conveyors;
Maintain safety and quality standards and adhere to shift schedule (Monday-Saturday)
