Location: Wayne

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembly Technician, where you will play a vital role in building high-quality industrial components. You will utilize a variety of power tools and precision equipment to assemble complex structures, ensuring every product meets our rigorous standards for safety and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Operate pneumatic and electric power tools, including drills, riveters, and impact wrenches, to assemble structural components.
  • Handle diverse materials such as steel, aluminum, and composites to construct durable finished products.
  • Manage material flow within the workspace using overhead cranes, forklifts, and manual carts to maintain production efficiency.
  • Perform consistent quality inspections to ensure all assemblies align with technical specifications and safety protocols.
  • Optimize production workflows by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve material usage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support team productivity.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in using various pneumatic and electric handheld power tools.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
  • Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering large assemblies.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new assembly processes and retain technical information quickly.
  • Experience operating heavy machinery or material handling equipment such as forklifts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
