Advanced Medical Balloons (AMB) has developed into a leading company in the field of catheter technology since its founding in 2009 and supplies intensive care units worldwide. Since September 2025, AMB is part of Stryker.

What you can expect:

• Participation in different manufacturing processes along our production chain

• Assembly of small components as a central part of your job

• Careful documentation of your work steps as well as participation according to the requirements of our quality management system

• Work in a two-shift system (morning and evening shift) within a 40-hour week

What you bring with you:

Required qualifications:

• Technical interest and manual skills – also motivated lateral entrants (m/f/d) are welcome if suitable and qualified

• Structured, precise and self-reliant working style in a regulated production environment

• Excellent team skills as well as a high level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, especially for documentation, quality assurance and internal communication

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in production in the medical technology, pharmaceutical environment and in work under cleanroom conditions is advantageous
