Location: Carroll
RTX is seeking a hands-on machinist operator for 2nd shift at our Carroll, IA facility. You will learn to operate precision machining centers, read blueprints, and ensure quality using gauges and gauges.
Training begins 2–3 months before moving to the 2nd shift, with a regular schedule of 3:30 pm to 12:00 am and occasional extended hours. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be prepared to work overtime as needed.
