Mon-Thurs 7am-3:30pm and 11am-7:30pm | Fridays 7am-3:30pm every week.
We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing UK signage manufacturer with over 40 years of industry experience. Renowned for delivering high-quality signage and visual solutions for a diverse client base, they are looking to welcome a Laminator to their production team.

As a Laminator
, you'll play a key role in ensuring printed graphics are finished to the highest possible standard before they leave production. Working accurately and efficiently, you'll help deliver outstanding products for a wide variety of signage and display projects.
- Operating laminating equipment to apply a range of laminates to printed graphics.
- Trimming and finishing printed graphics accurately to specification.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
- Reading and following production paperwork and job instructions.
- Carrying out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of laminating equipment.
- Working efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Previous laminating or print finishing experience is desirable.
- Experience with in the signage or large-format print industry would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to work overtime when required.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.
