Oversee dryer packagers and record readings, moisture, and adjustments;
Perform pre-operational sanitation inspections and follow safety/GMP requirements;
Monitor and record data (gauge readings, case weights, packaging quality) and perform minor repairs;
Operate start-up and shut-down procedures for all dryers and adjust equipment for process variables;
Adhere to safety policies, SOPs, and conduct tasks to support food safety and质量
