Post Holdings - - Responsibilities:
Direct and load out product while maintaining equipment efficiencies and environmental cleanliness to ensure the highest quality product;
Loading of egg product onto tankers;
Assembling of press and other product lines prior to morning start-up;
Responsible for cleaning (CIPing) load-out lines, cooling press, silos and tankers;
Maintain the cleanliness of breaking machines, floor and other areas in breaking room, washer area and tanker bay;
Monitor temperatures of egg product throughout the process;
Maintain all documentation related to the job duties;
Minor maintenance on some of the equipment;
Being able to drive the jockey truck to move tankers
