Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to drive daily operations and continuous improvements across plant value streams. You will oversee production control, supply chain and cross-shift coordination to achieve optimized flow and reduced waste.
Responsibilities include implementing standardized work, PDCA, and 5S, while developing a capable workforce and a culture of safety and accountability. Experience with LEAN teams is preferred.
