- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE Incineration unit is seeking a Foreman performs hands on operations and supervision of plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations. Position include supervision of multiple plant employees and a single plant operation.
Must be willing to work 4/12 hour rotating shifts per week Days/Night,

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Performs one or more specific plant operations such as,drum pumping,drum dumping,tank farm operations,truck off-loading/loading, and wastewater treatment.
• Supervises multiple employees and a single plant operation.
• Operates a forklift when necessary.
• Assures all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements is maintained and submitted immediately after processing operations have been completed.
• Assure that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensures that supervised operations staff meets all compliance standards.
• Responsible for knowledge of the Company’s Waste Information Network (WIN) system applicable to inventory and drum storage rack system
• Maintain up to date knowledge of all applicable SOP’s
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow best practices for supply management in areas of responsibility
• Other duties as assigned

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications
• Ability to work in team environment
• Good communication and organization skills
• An excellent commitment to health & safety
• Knowledge of CHI systems
• Demonstrates complete proficiency in one or more specific plant operations such as:drum pumping;drum dumping;tank farm operations;truck off-loading/loading; wastewater treatment
• Valid US DL
