Description

Large parts manufacturing company is looking for a Marketing Manager
. Relocation assistance is available – candidates must work on‑site five days a week. This company does not sponsor or relocate candidates from outside of the US.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development and execution of division strategic marketing plans to support the division's business plan. Provides direction and recommendations based on factual data relating to products, advertising, markets, pricing, strategic planning, acquisitions, etc.
  • Broad responsibility and leadership for all division marketing including marketing services, customer service, pricing and product management functions.
  • Meet division’s profitable growth goals.
  • Act as liaison between the division and the field sales team.
  • Establish realistic goals to capture market share in targeted markets.
  • Cooperate with development and implementation of product commercialization, including promotional programs, training programs for field and inside sales and distribution networks.
  • Creates marketing programs and evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Communicates with customers and develops strategies and programs to satisfy both internal and customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required. MBA is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical field requiring frequent customer interaction; 3 to 5 years of the above experience in supervision of professional sales people.
  • Ability to build a strategy deployment plan to optimize growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills and written/verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and team building skills.
