The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, development, and execution of programs to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Communication Manager and is located at the Crawfordsville, IN location. Travel will be limited to approximately 10-30%.The Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and track marketing programs & communication tools including:

Marketing collateral such as product manuals, advertisements, brochures, sales sheets & flyers

Website and web shop content including product descriptions, photos, videos, distributor locator, and technical documents

Social media content supported by maintaining calendar of posts, audience engagement, performance analytics, and monitoring trends

Internal and external communication such as email campaigns

Additional content as assigned by Marketing Communication Manager Analyze and report on performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns and strategies

Design, produce and maintain Banjo and KZValve’s annual product catalog, ensuring alignment with brand standards

Foster and enforce appropriate brand messaging, visual identity, and guidelines across all communication platforms
