We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This is a Full-time position based in Wayne, Nebraska, United States. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the marketing department's initiatives, helping to drive brand awareness and generate leads. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring marketer to develop their skills within a forward-thinking organisation.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 USD per annum

Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing team in the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging content for various channels, including social media, company blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help to organise and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Maintain and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Prepare marketing reports and presentations by collecting and summarising performance data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all marketing materials are consistent with our brand identity.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing platforms) is desirable.
