Marketing Manager

Branding Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and enhance DeRAMA Confinement Centre’s brand identity and market positioning in Singapore.

Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.

Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content across digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email marketing, and social media, to maximize online presence and engagement.

Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding, marketing, and customer service, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Passionate about maternal care, wellness, and family-oriented services.
• Proven experience in planning and executing both digital and offline marketing strategies.
• Knowledge and experience in Public Relations or Marketing agencies is a strong advantage.
