Senior Executive/ Executive Marketing Communications (Mar Com)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Communications (Mar Com) Executive to support brand, content, and campaign initiatives across our healthcare group. This role suits someone hands-on with visual storytelling, from photography and videography to design and editing
, with a strong sense of branding and aesthetics.

• Plan and execute marketing communication campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Create engaging visual content including photography and videography
• Edit photos and videos for campaigns, social media, and internal use
• Design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and social media graphics
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (visuals, tone, messaging)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support campaigns and events
• Manage content calendars and assist with social media execution
• Maintain high attention to detail in all outputs

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
• Experience in photography and videography (shooting + editing)
• Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Strong creative sense with an eye for brand, colour, and visual style
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver polished work
• Able to think creatively and bring fresh ideas
