Talented Medical Solutions is actively hiring a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Labor & Delivery Night Shift role in Valentine, NE. If you’re passionate about supporting mothers through one of life’s most meaningful moments, this opportunity is for you.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor fetal heart tones and manage labor progression
• Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean sections
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process
• Document all care accurately and timely during night shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes

• Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
• Minimum of 1 year of recent L&D experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, overnight environments
