- Schedule: Part time (24 hours per week)
- Salary Range: $24.00 – $38.00 per hour
- Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Shift differentials: Available for night and weekend shifts
- PTO: Accrued every 2 weeks

The Long Term Care (LTC) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long‑term care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Responsibilities include evaluating resident status, administering medication or treatments as ordered, documenting resident interactions, providing technical support to healthcare professionals, counseling residents and families, and maintaining effective relationships with the interdisciplinary care team while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
The LPN also recognizes problems, recommends solutions, and responds effectively to emergent situations.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Completion of a North Dakota Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or an approved IV therapy course is required if IV therapy is part of the role.
- Minimum of 400 hours of supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or prior LPN experience at another facility.
- Must possess an unencumbered LPN license with the state nursing board and/or multi‑state licensure privileges.
- Completion of required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training as mandated by the department and facility.
