As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness. Working in various healthcare settings, including the hospital and specialty clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and provide treatments to individuals of all ages. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient conditions, coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries.

Registered Nurses also advocate for patients, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met.

In this role, strong communication skills, empathy, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential. You must be able to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations. A dedication to providing compassionate care and a commitment to upholding ethical standards are paramount. Your work as a Registered Nurse will directly impact the well-being of patients and their families, making a positive difference in the lives of those you serve.

Our nursing staff get experience with all patient types and ages and they will gain experience in the ER as well as caring for in-patients. We have a very active specialty clinic that nursing staff have the ability to help with, adding to the experience you will have the ability to gain when working in a rural area.

  • Current RN license to practice in Nebraska
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
