• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring mothers and their newborns
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to Post-Partum units as needed, up to 1-2 shifts a week
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Active Iowa RN license
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications
• Certification from the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) for fetal monitoring
• Certification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• High-risk and high-acuity experience in a high-volume delivery center (200-300 deliveries/month)
• Comfortable floating to Post-Partum
