As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional surgical care. You will be part of a dedicated team, working in a dynamic environment that requires precision and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care before, during, and after surgery
Collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols
Managing surgical instruments and supplies efficiently
Participating in on-call rotations, including weekend and weekday call duties
Requirements for this role include:
Current RN license
Need 2 years experience in setting
Orthopedic and Neuro OR experience required
Level 1 or 2 trauma center experience preferred
Ability to work rotating shifts and participate in on-call rotations
