- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to the nursing team and physicians
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
- Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska

- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
