Travel CNA Restorative Care
Restorative care for a 13‑week assignment in Holdrege, Nebraska. Provide restorative nursing support to residents in long‑term care, focusing on regaining independence and physical function. Earn competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Assess residents' rehabilitative needs and develop individualized care plans focused on restoring and maintaining physical function.
- Provide direct restorative care activities to aid residents in regaining independence following illness, injury, or surgery.
- Monitor residents' progress and document improvements or setbacks in accordance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and family members to optimize residents' rehabilitative outcomes.
- Educate residents and their families on techniques and exercises to support continued physical function and independence.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year CNA experience in restorative or rehabilitative care in long‑term care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform caregiving duties, including mobility assistance.
- Strong focus on resident safety and comfort.
- Specialized training or certification in rehabilitative or restorative care.
