Travel CNA Restorative Care

Restorative care for a 13‑week assignment in Holdrege, Nebraska. Provide restorative nursing support to residents in long‑term care, focusing on regaining independence and physical function. Earn competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess residents' rehabilitative needs and develop individualized care plans focused on restoring and maintaining physical function.
  • Provide direct restorative care activities to aid residents in regaining independence following illness, injury, or surgery.
  • Monitor residents' progress and document improvements or setbacks in accordance with facility protocols.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and family members to optimize residents' rehabilitative outcomes.
  • Educate residents and their families on techniques and exercises to support continued physical function and independence.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year CNA experience in restorative or rehabilitative care in long‑term care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform caregiving duties, including mobility assistance.
  • Strong focus on resident safety and comfort.
Preferred Skills
  • Specialized training or certification in rehabilitative or restorative care.
