What We're Looking For- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What You'll Do- Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents
- Administer medications, treatments, and assessments according to care plans
- Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes
- Promote dignity, comfort, and independence for every resident
- Support and mentor team members to foster a positive work culture
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Current RN or LPN license
- CPR Certification
- Lift, push, and pull residents, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly)
- Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach above shoulders and below the waist
- Remain active and on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to see and hear clearly to perform assessments and care tasks
