Position Highlights- Sign on bonus options available: $25,000, $35,000, $50,000
- Neuraxial anesthesia (epidural/spinal)
- Regional anesthesia peripheral nerve blocks
- PICC/Midline insertion
- Ultrasound obstetrics anesthesia
- Option for interventional pain management clinic: 2 weeks on then 1 week off
- Call schedule: 1st week 24-hour call Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sat/Sun; 2nd week 24-hour call Tuesday/Thursday; call required and split equally among a group of 3 CRNAs
Cares for patients at all acuity levels across the lifespan in a variety of settings for procedures including, but not limited to, surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management.
Responsibilities- Perform a pre-operative patient assessment.
- Determine a plan of care and communicate the plan to patient and family.
- Establish and maintain essential venous access.
- Ensure establishment and maintenance of airway.
- Induce, maintain, and properly monitor anesthesia.
- Complete anesthesia and manage emergence from anesthesia.
- Transfer care to appropriate staff at termination of procedure.
- Perform post-operative follow-up for each case performed.
- Serve as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students.
The individual must be able to work the hours specified and perform each essential job function satisfactorily, including having visual acuity adequate for position duties and the ability to communicate effectively, hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds.

Required Education, License/Certification, and Work Experience- Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Board of Nursing; an active state license in practice upon hire.
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Board of Nursing; an active state license in practice upon hire.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA); an active state license in practice upon hire.
