Job Title

We are looking for a nursing assistant for one of our collaborators. You will be working within a life home / medicalized reception home / SAJ which has the role of welcoming people in a situation of disability.

Under the responsibility of the head of service, you ensure the surveillance of the physical and mental state of the people accompanied and accompany them in their daily life to improve and preserve autonomy, well-being, continuity of care in respect of professional practices, personalized project and the regulatory and legal framework governing the profession.

In this role, you:

• Contribute to the well-being and autonomy of the people accompanied
• Contribute to the follow-up of personalized projects
• Help the accompanied person in the acts of daily life related to body hygiene, distribution and taking of meals and more generally to their well-being
• Help the nurse in the realization of care and perform delegated acts
• Control medical devices, care equipment, and maintain the immediate environment of the accompanied person
• Administer or help in the taking of medication of the accompanied persons, according to the protocols in force and ensure the observation of any side effects
• Transmit observations to maintain the continuity of care
• Participate in activities adapted to the capacities, needs and evolutions of the accompanied person, in order to maintain and develop their autonomy, as well as their social links
• Ensure transmissions between teams
• Nursing: complete showers, bed toilet, change of protection
• We also offer night shifts.

Required profile:

• State diploma of nursing assistant required
• Knowledge of care techniques and protocols.
• Knowledge of materials and products.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Writing skills (event report).
