Night Nurse Position

For a varied, engaged daily routine, Soins et Santé offers:

• Joining a multidisciplinary hospital team of doctors, pharmacists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, dietitians, and a management team, allowing continuous exchanges.
• Coordinating the follow-up of patients at home in direct liaison with doctors.
• Developing a varied skill set.

The night nurse intervenes as part of the continuity of comprehensive patient care 24 hours a day.

They intervene at patients' homes for prescribed and/or programmed care or non-life-threatening emergency situations on request from families or patients in HAD and on request from night teams in partner nursing homes benefiting from the program.

Missions:

• Care for patients in HAD: analyze, coordinate, and execute, at the patient's home, prescribed care and care within their own role.
• Receive and handle calls between 1 AM and 7 AM as part of the continuity of care for Soins et Santé patients 24 hours a day.
• Respond to requests from night-duty teams in partner nursing homes in the "Night Nurse in Nursing Homes" program.
• Give advice and advice on the course of action to be taken.
• Travel to the structure with residents if they deem it necessary and to manage non-life-threatening emergency situations, including pain management for people at the end of life.
• Perform acts or care within their own role in application of medical prescriptions or pre-established medical protocols dated and signed by a doctor.

Rotation over 6 weeks - 12H and 10H shifts 4 full-time positions available - Two at 61% - One at 56% - One at 53%
