LPN Charge Nurse Nights

Falls City Nursing & Rehab invites you to join our team. Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Salary: $30 - $35 per hour.

Schedule:

3-12 hour shifts.

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc., and fill in patient charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.

• LPN License required.
• Prior experience preferred but new graduates welcomed.
