Marshfield Clinic - 1322 U Street - Responsibilities:
Assist with basic health care needs and activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, undressing, obtaining vital signs, providing psychosocial support;
Assist with transfers, repositioning, range of motion exercises, and walking using transfer techniques and equipment;
Assist clients with meals and snacks and provide water and nutritional supplements as appropriate;
Assist with housekeeping, laundry services, and other duties within non-certified nursing assistant role;
Document client care when appropriate and communicate changes in client condition to licensed nurse
