You'll help lead and support the clinical team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments
• Resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Collaboration with CNAs, providers, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervising and supporting nursing staff
• Documentation and care coordination
• Promoting a positive resident and team experience

• Active Nebraska LPN or RN license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach
• Calm, confident leadership
• Long-term care experience preferred, not required

Full-time and part-time Day, evening, and overnight shifts 8-hour or 12-hour shifts

• Excellent pay: $28--$43/hour + shift differentials
• Mileage reimbursement: up to $20 per shift
