Are you a dedicated and compassionate professional looking to join a caring team? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide essential daily resident support and basic nursing care under the direction of licensed staff.
What Will You Do in This Role?Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice and state and federal regulations. Provide basic nursing care within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Responsibilities- Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs
- Prepare residents for activities and social programs
- Support routine activities in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide basic nursing care under supervision of a licensed nurse
- A passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
- Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Previous CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings is preferred
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
