Job TitleLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
CompensationBase Pay: $28.00 – $31.75 per hour
Shift differentials:
Night Shift : $4/hour for all night shifts (6 p.m.–6 a.m. weekly). $4/hour extra for weekend night shifts (6 p.m.–6 a.m. Friday, Saturday & Sunday). Total $8/hour for weekend night shifts.
- Cart/Floor Nurse – FT/PT 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (RN or LPN; 12‑hour shifts also available)
- Cart/Floor Nurse – FT/PT 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (RN or LPN; 12‑hour shifts also available)
- Restorative Care/Cart/Floor Nurse – FT/PT (hours vary, RN or LPN)
- Quality Assurance/Cart/Floor Nurse – FT/PT (hours vary, RN or LPN)
Charge Nurse duties may also be required for all positions listed above.
ResponsibilitiesSupport residents and their families with compassionate, quality nursing care. Provide nursing assessments, medication administration, wound care, patient education and documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team to facilitate goals of care. Maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents.
