Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate charge nurse to supervise nursing staff, ensure high‑quality patient care, and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations. The charge nurse will coordinate resident care and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
  • Provide guidance to nursing staff, including CNAs and other healthcare personnel.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor resident conditions, assess health status, and document changes in medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing services provided.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Nebraska.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
