Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and conducting routine health checks
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each resident
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our care and services
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska
One year of experience in a long-term care setting (preferably in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or Nursing Facilities)
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
