Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality patient care in an acute care setting. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure safe, effective, and patient‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure quality patient care
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- BSN preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
