Location: Gothenburg
Local/Travel RN (Med/Surg) for a 13‑week assignment near Gothenburg, Nebraska. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and families on post‑discharge care and health management.
- Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
- BLS and ACLS certifications; additional certifications may be required by the facility.
- Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience.
- Ability to work nights from 7PM to 7AM.
- Physical stamina to handle hospital duties.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to block scheduling.
- Premium pay: weekly direct deposit with next‑day pay coming soon, rates 13% above market average.
