• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post‑discharge care and health management.

• Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; additional certifications may be required by the facility.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience.
• Ability to work nights from 7PM to 7AM.
• Physical stamina to handle hospital duties.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to block scheduling.

You hold a valid Nebraska RN license and certifications. You have at least two years recent Med/Surg experience. You can work night shifts and adapt to block schedules.
