Registered Nurse

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and conducting routine health checks.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our care and services.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents.

• Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska.
• One year of experience in a long-term care setting (preferably in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or Nursing Facilities).
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
