- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and conducting routine health checks.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our care and services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents.

Requirements- Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska.
- One year of experience in a long-term care setting (preferably in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or Nursing Facilities).
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
