Good Samaritan Society - 1222 South 7th Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Assist with food preparation and dining to create a positive dining experience for residents;
Document resident interactions and report changes in condition to the charge nurse
