Location: Imperial
Registered Nurse
Full-time Registered Nurse providing patient-centered care in medical-surgical and emergency settings at a rural community hospital in Imperial, NE. The role supports high-quality clinical services and contributes to patient outcomes in a close-knit community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in Med Surg and Emergency settings
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Current RN license in Nebraska or compact state eligibility
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification within 6 months of hire
- TNCC certification within 6 months of hire
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Skills:
- Prior Med Surg and/or ER experience
