Marshfield Clinic - 600 Center Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a charge nurse;
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse;
Document outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary;
Communicate changes in condition or care concerns to the charge nurse;
Assist with transfers, range of motion, and mobility as appropriate
