Job Responsibilities:- Assessing and monitoring the health status of residents
- Administering medications and treatments
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants
- Collaborating with healthcare providers and family members
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies
- Current RN license in the state of Nebraska
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
