Good Samaritan Society - 1322 U Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing;
Record and monitor vital signs and communicate changes to RN;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulation using proper techniques;
Assist with meal service and dining, provide hydration and supplements as appropriate;
Complete documentation of resident interactions and care outcomes
