Key Responsibilities of the RN – Long Term Care – Travel

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient health and progress using a computerized charting system.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Offer support and education to patients and their families regarding health care needs and treatments.

Requirements of the RN – Long Term Care – Travel

• Active RN license
• BLS Certification
• Experience in long-term care settings
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
