Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time

Job Summary:

Arbor Care Centers - Ord is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse at Arbor Care Centers, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional rehabilitation and nursing services. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to the nursing team and physicians
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska
• 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
