• Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients per established care plans.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and per policy.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement plans; educate patients and families.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and accurate charting; ensure quality standards.
• Support discharge planning and transitions of care as needed.

• Active RN license (Nebraska licensure or eligibility for endorsement).
• Education:
  
  graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Med-Surg experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule.
