American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a community hospital setting requiring a Nebraska or compact RN license and rotating weekend shifts.

• Med/Surg Tele unit within a community hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Requires working every 3rd weekend

• Active RN license (Nebraska state or Compact) required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• TNCC certification required within first two years of employment
• PALS and NRP certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum 1 year of full-time nursing experience required
• Rural healthcare experience preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required
• EHR experience preferred, with Tru/Bridge/Evident charting system experience preferred

• Provide nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients in a community hospital environment
• Must reside within a 30-mile radius, though local candidates are also accepted
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
