Are you a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse with a passion for orthopedic and neuro surgeries? Do you thrive in high-stakes environments and enjoy the challenge of working in Level 1 or 2 trauma centers? • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
• Assist in the preparation and care of patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Monitor patients‘ vital signs and respond to changes in patients‘ conditions
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and weekday nights
• Need 2 years experience in setting
