As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, support nursing team development, and help ensure high-quality resident care. This leadership position provides the opportunity to mentor staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes throughout the community.

• Active Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking abilities
