Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing home healthcare for pediatric patients in Wymore, NE.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting nursing diagnoses.
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferably at least one year of professional nursing experience.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care tailored to individual needs, ensuring safety and compliance with medical orders, and maintaining accurate documentation.
