Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Medication Aide (MA)

We're looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Medication Aide (MA) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide quality resident care, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment where residents and team members thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Administer medications in accordance with regulations and facility policies (MA)
- Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition
- Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Current Nebraska CNA certification or eligible Medication Aide certification
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, professional, and committed to quality care
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers
- Full-time hourly position
- Schedule:
6:00 AM - 6:30 PM - Weekend rotation required
- Holiday rotation required
- Shift and weekend differential available
