We are seeking an experienced and dependable Mowing Crew Lead to join our growing landscape maintenance team. This position is responsible for leading a mowing crew, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

• Lead and supervise a mowing crew on residential and commercial properties.
• Operate commercial mowing and landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all properties are maintained to company quality standards.
• Train and assist crew members with daily tasks and safety procedures.
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and customers.
• Complete daily work assignments on schedule.

• Previous professional lawn mowing or landscape maintenance experience required.
• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial mowing equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
