Guest Services Executive (Trifecta Snowboard & Ski School

About the role

You are the first touchpoint for every rider who walks through our doors. Your job is to get them set up, psyched up, and ready to ride. You own the guest journey from arrival to departure: onboarding, safety, gear, and converting first-timers into regular riders.

• Welcome every guest and assess their rider level so you approach them the right way
• Guide every guest through registration, waiver, safety briefing, and session orientation
• Fit every rider correctly: boots, board or ski sizing, helmet, and protective gear. Flag any fit issues before they hit the slope
• Enforce indoor slope safety protocols, right-of-way rules, and session etiquette at all times
• Recommend the right class, pack, or membership based on the rider in front of you. Convert, don't just inform
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all guest-facing areas, rental equipment, and protective gear at the start of every shift
• Process transactions accurately and maintain guest interaction records

• 18 years and above
• Basic snowboarding or skiing knowledge, or genuine familiarity with snow or board sport culture (highly preferred but not required)
• Strong customer service mindset and confident communicator
• Available for weekends, peak periods, and public holidays
• Experience in hospitality, concierge, or sports/recreation environments (advantageous)
